I am a psychoanalyst and I work with adolescents, young people, and adults in the search for new meanings in life. I am interested in stories that cannot find words, in affects that repeat themselves, and in what escapes consciousness and causes suffering.
In my clinical practice, I offer a space of listening and care to help elaborate suffering and build new narratives.
My journey in psychoanalysis began in 2017. Since then, I have dedicated myself to listening to the subjectivity of people experiencing psychological conflict, with a special interest in women’s experiences and the factors that impact women’s health.
Psychoanalysis is a crossing—a singular path to understand symptoms, shift repetitions, and listen deeply to oneself.
A space for listening can open new paths. If something within you is asking to be heard, we can talk!
Psychoanalysis sessions
In analysis sessions, we'll investigate the origin of your symptoms and recreate your life narrative. The goal is for you to more clearly understand your internal processes, your relationships, and the underlying causes of your suffering.
Psychoanalysis is a treatment based on the "talking cure," a method that investigates the unconscious through language. By putting into words what was previously merely a symptom or repetition, it is possible to resolve conflicts and open paths to new ways of living.

"A Natália tem sido minha psicanalista a quase 2 anos, ela tem uma escuta acolhedora, sensível e ao mesmo tempo profundamente assertiva. Cada sessão é um espaço seguro onde posso me entender melhor, crescer e me reencontrar com leveza. A dedicação e o cuidado que ela coloca no que faz são realmente inspiradores e tem me ajudado muito"
